Role Profile

As an Account Executive, you are a strategic key player for EmpowerGPT, driving market penetration in Germany. You generate pipeline, manage customer relationships, and close deals, while helping to shape sales strategies and influence product development. This role combines the stability of a global player with the agility of a startup – offering high levels of autonomy and growth opportunities.

Tasks

Sales: Full responsibility for the entire sales cycle targeting SMEs and medium-sized enterprises in the DACH region, focusing on AI, SaaS, and digital solutions.
Account Management: Building trusted relationships with technical and non-technical decision-makers; delivering tailored solutions for business challenges.
Market Development: Leverage your deep understanding of German business culture to drive the adoption of EmpowerGPT.
Collaboration: Close interaction with founders, product, and engineering teams to align sales and product strategies.
Ownership: Developing sales playbooks, optimizing processes, and contributing to the commercial success of EmpowerGPT.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (Master's preferred).
Experience: 7–15 years of B2B sales experience in the DACH region, ideally in AI, SaaS, or software. Demonstrable success in sales to SMEs or the German Mittelstand.
Languages: Native-level German (mandatory), English is a plus.
Skills: Technical understanding of AI/SaaS, consultative sales approach, CRM knowledge, strong negotiation skills.
Mindset: Hunter mentality, self-starter, adaptable to dynamic environments, and passionate about building from the ground up.
