Creating a Document Analyst

Creating a Document Analyst

The Mini-Expert Document Analyst is based on three interchangeable elements that users can create and combine like building blocks to build a Mini-Expert for their use case. These are: AI model, dataset, and questionnaire.

Creating a new Mini-Expert is simple:

  1. Click on "new analysis"
  2. Choose a name for the Mini-Expert
  3. Select an AI model
  4. Select a dataset from your workspace or import a new one
  5. Select a questionnaire or create a new one
  6. Let the Mini-Expert work
  7. Now you can review the result, view sources, or download it as an Excel file

Application Examples

Mini-Experts excel at complex routine tasks that should be answered factually and comparably and follow a recurring pattern.

Imagine you were a company wanting to compare offers from different subcontractors. For this, you would create a questionnaire and then load all offers into the dataset. And you immediately get a clearly answered tabular analysis of the offers. The same applies, of course, to engineering companies that, as in this example, are looking for the right pump for a construction project. Instead of sifting through hundreds of PDF pages to understand how certain pumps are suitable for specific circumstances, the Mini-Expert can take over the work of a highly qualified analyst and research assistant.
